Babies at 'Batman?' Not time to play the blame game
Sun Jul 22, 2012
Bottomline is that the shooting would have occurred whether there were babies and 6 year olds in the movie theater or not. One thing has absolutely nothing to do with the other. It is perfectly legal to take your kids to the theater for midnight showings of PG-13 movies.

Good for her. Seems like she deserves it.
Durbin says Romney running from Bain 'like a scalded cat'
Sun Jul 15, 2012
Somehow I find it interesting that when Bill Clinton was caught in a sex scandal in the 90's, nothing was off limits. The perverted Republican party felt that all of America and, by default, all American children needed to learn about Clinton's private sex life.

Professor patents way to stop textbook sharing by students
Tue Jun 26, 2012
Ummm -- if a major stream of your income comes from textbooks -- wouldn't you also try to invent something to protect that income. Professors don't really care about students. They care about tenure and book royalties.
Vacation fund for bullied bus monitor tops $300,000
Thu Jun 21, 2012
Agree -- and the community service should be unpleasant -- like emptying bedpans in a hospital or senior citizen home. I also thought they should have to work for the woman they bullied -- become her free labor for the summer -- doing her cleaning, laundry, lawn/gardening, etc. Whatever she needs.
Mom mistakenly throws Boy Scout son's life savings away
Mon Jun 18, 2012
I saw this story and was hoping there was a place to leave a comment. If the Today Show wants to know why it is losing in ratings to GMA, this is one reason. While this is a cute, feel good story, it is not that interesting.
Extroverts live longer, study of centenarians suggests
Tue May 29, 2012
Here's another reason Extroverts live longer. They comprise 70%+ of the population -- so, all the rules of society are driven by extroverts. Introverts, therefore, spend their life trying to fit in to what's acceptable and seen as normal by extroverts.
More workers opting out of company health plans
Thu May 24, 2012
But I was shocked to learn that many individual plans do not automatically cover maternity -- usually extra $400 per month!
